Who we are
ITReshenie.com is a team of senior engineers who run real production IT infrastructure. We work hands-on — every day we operate environments where downtime directly affects people's work. That shapes how we think: with a focus on reliability, security and long-term stability, not quick fixes.
We serve organizations in Bulgaria and across the EU. Most work is done remotely over secure channels, and we communicate in Bulgarian and English.

Responsible for infrastructure, networks and security — Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, MikroTik, VPN, monitoring and backups in real production.

Software Engineer
Responsible for development and automation — internal business tools, the helpdesk system, integrations and automated processes on top of the infrastructure.
