IT Infrastructure & Support

Servers, domain, users and day-to-day support — handled by people who operate real production infrastructure. No chaos, no dependence on a single person.

The stable foundation everything else stands on

IT infrastructure is invisible until it stops. We take on the servers, domain, accounts, backups and day-to-day support so systems run quietly and predictably. We manage both existing environments we adopt after an audit and new ones we build from scratch.

Sound familiar?

"We have a server, but nobody knows exactly what's on it."

We map and document the environment — roles, services, access and dependencies. You stop depending on one person's memory.

"We're not sure our backups actually work."

We automate backups and periodically test real restores. You know the data comes back — before you need it.

"Every employee is a local admin and it's chaos."

We introduce Active Directory, policies and least-privilege. Control over access without getting in the way of work.

"Requests get lost in emails and chats."

We introduce a helpdesk with tickets and priorities. Nothing gets lost, everything is traceable.

Infrastructure questions

Can you take over an existing environment you didn't build?

Yes. We start with an audit and mapping — documenting servers, access and risks before taking over management. This is exactly what we do with current clients.

Do you work with both Windows and Linux?

Yes. We manage Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, file services) and Linux servers in real production, often in the same environment.

Do you actually verify backups?

Yes. A backup that hasn't been tested for restore isn't a backup. We periodically verify restorability — we don't rely only on the job reporting success.

We're a small team — does this make sense for us?

Yes. Much of the value is precisely for organizations without an in-house IT department — we take on the role without you hiring a whole team.

Let's start with an audit of your current infrastructure

You'll get a clear picture of what you have, what's risky and what's the priority — no obligation.
